Tuition Fees
and
Enrollment Agreement

AUM provides a professional, safe and harmonious space for higher learning. Only 25 students will be admitted and approved for enrollment in any particular year. 

The Base Rate for tuition is $5,000 per semester, or $30,000 for the 2-year program (6 semesters.)

Tuition Categories:
  1. Base Rate: $5,000 a semester. 
     

  2. Family or Group rate (1 to 10 persons): 10% off the set Base Rate.
    Also the rate for seniors and veterans.
     

  3. Corporate rate (>10 persons): 20% off the set Base Rate. 


 
Available Payment Plans:
  1. Full 2-year Program: Advanced commitment for the entire 2-year program (6 semesters) will incur savings valued or equal to one free semester ($5,000). Entire 2-year program would be assessed at $25,000. ***See below for monthly installments without interest.
     

  2. Annual: Advanced commitment for the program 1-year at a time (3 semesters) will incur savings valued or equal to half of one free semester ($2,500). Entire 2-year program would be assessed at $27,500. ***See below for monthly installments without interest.
     

  3. Semester: The pay per semester plan is offered at the full Base Rate with no savings. ***See below for monthly installments without interest.
     

***Monthly payment: For easy of payment, the student has the choice to pay the chosen payment plan in comfortable monthly installments without interest.  In order to take advantage of this offer the student must pay 50% of the chosen agreed tuition plan at least 2 weeks before the start of each chosen plan (upon first Registration.)  Additionally, you must agree to a 24-month payment plan with payments due on the second Thursday of every Month (1st day of class.) The remaining balance will be divided in equal monthly installments with no interest financing.
 

Note:  Any extraneous circumstance having to do with payment of fees must be addressed directly by the Director before a violation of the agreement is incurred.


 

Late Fees: 
  • Fees more than 10 days overdue will incur a late fee of 1.5% of the past due payment.

  • Fees more than 30 days late will incur a late charge of 3% of the past due payment.

  • Fees more than 60 days late or more overdue are grounds from dismissal from the school.

 

 

Withdrawal

The Withdrawal from your enrollment agreement and registration is begun by issuing a letter to the School Director. Withdrawal from classes once training has begun will result in a refund of the tuition only for the remaining hours of classes scheduled, but not attended to, from the time a written Notice of Withdrawal is received by the school Director to the end of the paid period.  The student must meet with the Director or a member of the Administration for an exit interview.


 

Termination

The termination or withdrawal date is the date when:

  1. AUMs Director received written notice of student’s intention to Withdraw. 
     

  2. A published School Policy provides for Termination for a violation.
     

  3. A student fails to attend classes for 30 calendar days without giving notice to the school and prior approval. The date in this case will be the end of the 30-day period after the first noted absence.
     

Note: Students that have withdrawn, have been subject of termination, or that have overdue balances will not be entitled to transcripts; nor have transcripts issued on their behalf to any organization.

 

 

Refund Policy
 

Basis for a refund:
The $50 Application for Admission fee is non-refundable.
 

A student will receive a full refund of the tuition fees paid when:

  1. The Application for Admission is not accepted. 
     

  2. A Notice of Withdrawal letter has been received and no later than three business days after Registration (initial payment,) providing you have not begun classes.  After three business days from Registering AUM will retain an additional $50 fee.
